LEGAL NOTICE: RFP# NJSIG-2026-009 for Outside Counsel for School Board Leader Liability/Errors and Omissions Litigation. Notice is hereby given by the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group (“NJSIG”), in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1, that a competitive contracting procurement will be received by NJSIG on June 4, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. EST prevailing time conducted on electronic platform, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et. seq., on BIDNET at www.bidnetdirect.com/njsig, for the aforementioned outside counsel services. NOTE: It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is uploaded onto the e-procurement site by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by NJSIG will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq.
